How to Install denef software package in Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin)

denef software package provides Decode Nikon D1 NEF image files, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install denef

denef is installed in your system.

Make ensure the denef package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep denef *

You will get with denef package name, version, architecture and description in a table
